In mid-March my wife and I were given notice to move from our apartment of numerous years. Instead of renting we decided that maybe now was the right time to buy. We originally contacted Cherise on Zillow about a potential new home but learned that the neighborhood was 55+. Oops! But Cherise promptly sent us quite a few house searches for our price range and she recommended the property that we eventually bought. We are first time buyers and basically have no idea what we’re doing. Cherise was up front about costs, paperwork, and walked us through the incredible bureaucracy of home buying. What we’re very grateful for is that since we were on a timeline to move from our old apartment, we didn’t have months to wait for paperwork. Cherise managed the process and gave us a pretty accurate timeline on when we would close and be able to move. She helped eliminate a lot of uncertainty on our part and has been an extreme pleasure to work with. To say that Cherise is the best realtor out there is an understatement. Our purchase was one of the most complicated, drawn out, and bizarre situations anyone can imagine. Despite the long and tiresome process, Cherise never stopped hustling to get the job done. Although the sellers agent and escrow were the most incompetent people ever, Cherise basically took on the job of 3 people and if it weren’t for her, we would not be homeowners. Believe me when I say that she is the hardest working, most diligent, professional, persistent and devoted to her clients needs.
